- We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to technician availability or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices listed on our website are starting rates and may vary based on chimney or fireplace condition, accessibility, and scope of work.
- Final pricing is confirmed before work begins.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at time of service.
4. SMS/MMS Communications
By providing your phone number and consenting via our forms, you agree to receive SMS and MMS messages from Ember Chimney & Fireplace related to appointments, reminders, service updates, and promotional offers. 5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for pre-existing damage to chimneys, fireplaces, masonry, vents, or property that was not caused by our technicians. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

By booking a service, you confirm you are the property owner or have authorization to allow our technicians to access the premises and perform the requested work.
7. Satisfaction
